Our values aren’t something we talk about once and move on from. They shape how we work, how we treat people, and how decisions get made every day.
Our Values
Relationships matter here. With each other, with clients, with partners. We lead with empathy, listen properly, and try to be fun, happy humans while doing serious work.
We’re calm under pressure, clear on responsibility and focused on delivery.
Curiosity is encouraged. Feedback is normal. We back people to try things, learn fast, and keep improving together.
We care about the ripple effects of our work. In the events we deliver, the choices we make, and the communities we’re part of. Progress matters, and we try to make it count.
