Every two years, this firm creates space to pause.
With teams spread across the UK and Europe, the offsite is a deliberate moment to come together, reflect on the year behind them and refocus on what comes next. It’s as much about energy as it is about agenda: strengthening bonds, building cohesion and reigniting a shared sense of purpose.
For 2024, that meant bringing 180 colleagues together in Dubrovnik. The brief was clear: easy access, minimal transfers, plenty of time outdoors and a setting that felt modern without trying too hard. A full hotel buyout ensured the space felt entirely their own.

The event was built around a purpose-designed studio broadcast.
The theme shifted each cycle depending on where the firm found itself. Some years focus on innovation and growth mindset. Others are about gratitude and celebration. This one was about reflection and momentum.
When people returned to their desks, they did so energised. Clearer on direction, stronger in connection and ready for what was next.
